Competitive Programming

  •     Meta Hacker Cup (2023): One of 500 participants to qualify for Round 3 of Meta's Hacker Cup programming competition. Ranks: Round 3: 329th, Round 2: 433rd, Round 1: 623rd.
  •     Canadian Computing Olympiad (2023): Received a silver medal, and nationally ranked #9, in the 2023 Canadian Computing Olympiad, Canada's high school competitive programming championship. Qualified to the competition as being in the top 24 out of 9662 total participants in the Canadian Computing Competition.
  •     USA Computing Olympiad Platinum Division; 2023 Platinum Division Results: US Open, Rank #140; February, Rank #198; January, Rank #204
  •     Asian-Pacific Informatics Olympiad (2023) Guest Country: Represented Canada as a guest country at the Asian-Pacific Informatics Olympiad 2023. Placed #3 in Canada and received a score of 161/300, equivalent to a bronze medal.

Math Contests

  •     Canadian Math Olympiad (2023): One of 77 students qualified to write the 2023 Canadian Mathematical Olympiad. Received the median score of 9. Also received a perfect score on the CMO Qualifying Repechage.
  •     CEMC Math Contest Honour Rolls:
    • Euclid Contest (2023): Rank #580, Honour Roll Group V, Score 84/100
    • Canadian Senior Mathematics Contest (2022): Rank #87, Honour Roll Group IV, Score 45/60
    • Fermat Contest (2022): Rank #42, Honour Roll Group III, Score 138/150
    • Hypatia Contest (2022): Rank #103, Honour Roll Group IV, Score 36/40
    Also invited to the CEMC Exploring Mathematics and Computer Science Workshop.
  •     BC Secondary School Mathematics Contest (2023) Perfect Score: Tied for first place in British Columbia with a perfect 100/100 in the BC Secondary School Math Contest Senior. Also received first place at Thompson Rivers University in 2022.
